Frequently asked

About setup and daily use.

  • Do my staff need to install an app?

    No. The staff view runs as a web app in the browser — a bookmark is enough. Whoever wants can save it via «Add to home screen» as an app-like shortcut.

  • What if a guest later changes their review?

    We track the latest state of the review. If a guest later drops from 5 to 4 stars, Marco sees it in his dashboard — and it's a coaching signal, not a penalty.

  • How does the AI reply work exactly? Does AI really answer every review?

    Yes, but filtered. For 5★ the AI replies automatically in your tone. For 1–2★ the AI drafts a reply that you approve — no hasty answer to negative reviews without your eyes on it.

  • Does Trophy work in multiple languages?

    Yes. Guests write in German, French, Italian, English — the AI replies in the same language. The staff and owner interface is available in DE and EN.

  • What happens if the restaurant's internet goes down?

    NFC tags keep working — they're pure data carriers. The review is sent directly from the guest's device as soon as their mobile data is up — in practice, always.

  • Can we test Trophy for just one location even if we have several?

    Yes. You can decide per location. The multi-location discount only kicks in once 2+ locations are active.
