No, we deliberately focus on Google. That's where the decision between direct booking and OTA booking is made — and where we want you visible. Booking and Expedia are closed ecosystems where reviews can only originate through the platform itself.
What about GDPR / Swiss DSG for staff statistics?
Staff statistics are only viewable by the owner and the individual themselves. Anonymized numbers for group dashboard. On staff departure, personal data is deleted within 30 days.
Does Trophy make sense for a strictly seasonal hotel?
Honestly — only to a degree. Local Google ranking lives on a continuous stream of new reviews; pausing for six months drops you back in the ranking and cancels out most of Trophy's leverage.
